About Our Buildings and Grounds Department
The Buildings and Grounds Department of the School District of Superior currently oversees eight schools, the Administrative Building, and the Maintenance Service Center. The schools include six elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. These facilities contain over 960,000 square feet of space on nearly 250 acres of grounds.
Our primary responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of all the facilities and grounds. The operational division includes cleaning, building HVAC operation, systems maintenance, lawn and site care. The maintenance division includes carpentry, painting, site, wastewater plant, and general facility maintenance.
